Student Internship Programs

We are looking for students to join our internship programs and gain hands-on experience in a deep-tech semiconductor environment. You will work alongside experienced engineers and technical teams on projects that contribute to the development of advanced processor, hardware, software and platform technologies.

Our internships are designed for students who want to apply their academic knowledge to real-world challenges, build practical skills and learn how products move from research and design through validation and production. Depending on your background and interests, you may contribute to projects in hardware design, computer architecture, verification, software, security, systems, operations or other technical and business functions.

What You Will Work On:

  • Contribute to technical projects with guidance from experienced engineers and mentors.

  • Apply academic knowledge to practical challenges in semiconductor and deep-tech product development.

  • Support research, design, implementation, testing, validation and documentation activities.

  • Analyze technical problems, develop solutions and communicate results clearly.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across hardware, software, systems and product development.

  • Present project outcomes and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

Potential Internship Areas:

  • Computer architecture, RISC-V processors and SoC design

  • Digital, analog and mixed-signal hardware engineering

  • PCB design, board bring-up and hardware validation

  • RTL design, FPGA development and verification

  • Firmware, embedded software and systems programming

  • Performance analysis, benchmarking and software optimization

  • Hardware and product security

  • Machine learning, artificial intelligence and accelerator technologies

  • Developer tools, automation and infrastructure

  • Operations, business development, marketing and other supporting functions

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree program in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Physics, Business or a related field.

  • Interest in semiconductors, computer systems, deep technology or the relevant functional area.

  • Ability to learn quickly, take ownership of assigned work and contribute in a collaborative environment.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Availability to complete an internship in accordance with academic and program requirements.

Highly Desirable

  • Relevant coursework, academic projects, research experience or personal projects.

  • Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Python, SystemVerilog or other relevant tools and languages.

  • Familiarity with Linux, version control systems, simulation environments or electronic design automation tools.

  • Experience working with development boards, FPGA platforms, laboratory equipment or hardware prototypes.

  • Previous internship, co-op, research assistant or open-source project experience.

  • A portfolio, GitHub profile, technical project summary or other examples of relevant work.
